How do I preorder?

Add the preorder to your cart and check out like you normally would. Your payment will be processed and you will be notified when your order is ready to be shipped.


When will I receive my preorder?

On average, the preorder process takes between 1-2 months. But, your patience is appreciated as this is a one man store. Depending on manufacturing delays and real life schedule, it may take up to 3 months for an item to be released. The estimated release date of the preorder item will be indicated on the product listing.


Where can I view the status of my preorder?

Updates will be posted on the item listing here as well as any of my social media accounts. You can always send an email through this store's contact page as well, and I'll try to answer as soon as possible. :)


Preorder Cancellations

Like with all in stock items, you have 24 hours to make changes/cancellations to your order. There are no cancellations or changes after the 24 hour mark. Once request is sent to the manufacturer, no stock changes can be made. Your understanding is greatly appreciated and kindly make sure the item you order is what you want at time of checkout. If required, your preorder  spot can be held for 24 hours. So, please do ask if you are unsure about anything 8)

**Make sure your shipping address is your MOST updated address where you will receive your parcel (Anything sent to an incorrect address you have submitted is NOT my responsibility.)
