1) Returns & Exchanges
No refunds, no exchange.
Please double check your order and notify Chiihun's Creature Goods within 24 hours should there be changes. No cancellations after the 24 hour mark.
You will notified of shipment when the package has been sent, and there are no tracking numbers for standard air mail service. Chiihun's Creature Goods is not responsible for any lost parcels while the item is making its journey to your loving home. Please double check/triple check the shipping address provided is your MOST RECENT one.
All orders will be shipped via Canada Post.
Each parcel is carefully packed and protected but kindly understand that unwanted misfortunes can happen which are beyond control. However, if there is a significant transport damage to your product, please take a photo and send for assessment ASAP. Since each product has a limited run, no exchange will be possible and you will be refunded for the cost of the damaged item. There will be no refunds on shipping costs.
If you require a tracking number or express service, please inquire for a quote BEFORE you place your order. An express service tracking number will be forwarded upon shipment of the parcel once order is placed and transaction processed. Additional charges will apply.
2) How is shipping calculated?
Shipping prices are based on the size and weight of your order. It starts at a flat rate for the first item and each item after is a small additional charge. So combined shipping would be most economical :) All packages are shipped via air service resulting in a freight cost that is slightly more expensive, however it is much more reliable than ground shipping (which generally takes up to 3 months to arrive).
If you require insured or express posting, please ask BEFORE you place your order and specify the type of shipping you require. Additional charges will apply.
3) Cancelling an order
You will have 24 hours after your order is placed to cancel. Please email Chiihun's Creature Goods directly. Any orders past the 24 hour mark will be processed and no cancellations. Please ask if you are unsure of anything before you place your order.
4) Unclaimed Packages
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Chiihun's Creature Goods reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

6) When will I receive my order?
All orders will be shipped once a week. All orders received before Friday 6pm (GMT-4) cutoff will be posted over the weekend.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
International & United States shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
